We are a family business located in North Shropshire just outside the picturesque town of Ellesmere. This beautiful area of Shropshire is known for its many lakes and meres making it a popular tourist destination and a regular stopover for narrow boat holidaymakers travelling the Llangollen/Shropshire Union Canal.
Our bee farming business has been steadily growing since 2013 with several apiary sites dotted around the beautiful countryside of North Shropshire and Ellesmere.
Our desire has always been to produce the best quality pure local honey available. Rich in flavour, unpasteurised, raw and traceable to each apiary site.
Above all is the welfare of our bees. Healthy happy bees produce the best honey!! Keeping them free from disease and giving them all they need enables them to freely forage, capturing the taste and qualities of the local area’s diverse wildflowers, meadows and hedgerows, making our honey taste totally unique.
Within our business and home life we make every effort to keep our environmental impact as low as possible. Our goal is to achieve a Zero carbon footprint, all packaging is recyclable and/or compostable.
